Yippee…. I’m in….
Happy to offer people space in a car and boat space on roof (We have a Ford S-Max, so plenty of room for kit). It’ll just be me, so will have space for 3 more boats. I live in Sway (east of New Milton), and I’m guessing most SCC members live between me and the Dart, so not much of a detour for me to pickup on the way past.
My only concern is lack of water in the river:
Not looking good for the loop and lower (to Salmon’s Leap Cafe).
We tried the lower with friends at that level in September, and it was definitely a scrape.
Would there be a plan B?
Hi Jake please add Anatole and me to your list ‘ also I have space in my van for 1 person , looking forward to seeing you all .
Geri and myself will be there.
Steve the Geek – I’m in Barton and Geri is in Highcliffe if you want to share lifts.
Unfortunately I will be flying to Malaysia on the last ww trip on Sunday 3rd March.
I hope you enjoyed last weekend’s paddle and the challenges that lower levels provide us! Nonetheless, it was good to get back out on the water.
Unfortunately, the 3rd March trip is cancelled, however, I will be heading down to Iford Weir on the day for a couple of hours if anyone is interested in joining. I will post up times closer to the date when I have a better idea of what the tides are doing.
The club is a lot of fun.
