There will be another camping weekend at Symonds Yat on the river Wye 13-15 September 2019.
Chas Couchman has kindly offered to coach beginners White water on the Symonds Yat rapid which is an easy grade ideally suited to beginners.
Chas is a 5* white water paddler, that is the highest grade you can get.
For those of you that wish I will also be leading a river trip down a section of the Wye on one of the days.
Camping will be at Camping in the Forest, Bracelands Forest of Dean campsite, the same as last year. Their contact details are http://www.campingintheforest.co.uk
Tel 024 7642 3008
There is good availability for that weekend on the campsite but for those who require electric hook up spaces are limited. Camping will be on the nights of 13/14 Sep and paddling during the days of 14/15 Sep.
I will be booking a pub meal for those of you that wish and will need to know in good time if you are joining us for that as the pubs in that area get booked up very quickly however I will be sending out a more detailed update nearer the time.
Please let me know if you wish to come or need further info. I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
