There will be a club trip on the river Frome at Wareham on Sunday 18th June 2017 meeting at 10am duration about 3hrs. This trip is suitable for all grades of paddler, sea or touring kayaks would be best but river runners would be ok if your feeling energetic. I will post further details about 2 weeks prior to the trip.
Please do not reply to this email, use the forum if possible if not email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org

The details for the Wareham trip are as follows:
Meet 10am Sunday 18th June at Redcliffe Farm Campsite, they have a decent slipway and adequate parking. To get there drive thru Wareham to the next village called Stoborough take the first left direction Arne, Ridge, this is a very narrow road and easily missed, a short way down there turn left again direction Ridge a few hundred yards down there is a left turning into a long driveway to Redcliffe farm campsite, it’s signposted but again easily missed. Follow the driveway to the river and turn right it’s signposted slipway. There is a parking charge of £2 and a slipway charge of £2 per kayak. Its not the easiest place to find so if in doubt you can look on google maps satalite images and it should become quickly apparent.
Whilst it is suitable for all boat types it is more suited to sea or touring kayaks.
I hope to be on water around 10:30 and off water around 13:00.
I look forward to seeing you there.
I’d love to go but will need help with kit and transport.
Seeing as you appear to have sorted some fine weather for the weekend please can I come along.
You are of course very welcome, hope to see you at Friday prayers.
The club is a lot of fun.
