The 1st club paddle of the new season will be on the upper Hamble going from the Horse and Jockey pub in Curbridge.
This is a very easy paddle ideal for dusting off those winter blues and is suitable for any boat type.
We will meet at around 10:30 am Sunday 29th April on the hard stand car park at the back of the Horse and Jockeys car park.
On Water about 11:00 off water about 13:00.
Anyone requiring club equipment please let me know in good time.
There is an option for a pub lunch around 13:15, if you wish however please let me know by Thurs 26 April so i can book a table, it can get busy.
To get there take the M27 off at Junction 7 go through Botley village then turn right onto the A3051 direction Curbridge, go for about a mile and you will see the Horse and Jockey.
I’ll be coming on this one but bringing the canoe and Sonny Jim. Will probably be having a packed lunch as might be too busy at the pub with a Labrador in tow.
Lovely paddle. Thanks.
The club is a lot of fun.
