The annual general meeting (AGM) will take place this year on Sunday 24rd March 2013, 1pm at the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Centre. We will be going to paddle afterwards, about 3pm. This meeting is open to all members and gives everyone the chance to talk about the future of the club and raise any issues.

We're only a few months from the start of the summer season and the **new** training dates have been added for any new members that wish to get into paddling, or for existing members who want to progress. Just look at the Training Info & Costs page for more information.
The years trips have also been added.

We're now pleased to be able to announce that Southbourne Canoe Club now has an on-line membership system.
This system is annual and is now open for service for old and new members.

(Please note that if you're an existing member with a direct debit in place then you must cancel this with your bank when you use the new system).
*UPDATE* Just to clear up any misunderstandings and due to the vagaries of our new on-line membership system, we had to decide a fixed annual term for all new memberships.
So this does mean that everyone's membership for the previous year, 2010, expired on 1st January 2011 and for this year you need to renew before we get on the water or before you book a course.
From now onwards membership will always be from 1st January each.
If anyone joined after we got off the water last year (post September 2010) and have not already been in touch then please contact me. year.
