Southbourne Canoe Club

Welcome
Southbourne Canoe Club is a small and family friendly canoe and kayak club based on the south coast of England in Bournemouth. We are located at Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre which has waterside access to Christchurch Harbour. We are able to provide all the equipment, training and facilities needed to safely enjoy many different disciplines of canoe and kayaking. For more experienced paddlers the club offers the chance to catch up with others and enjoy the many organised trips.

We meet every Thursday evening from May to August at the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre for the majority of our training sessions and social relaxed paddles around the Harbour and rivers Stour and Avon.

Southbourne Canoe Club has moved to
HENGISTBURY HEAD OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE
and will be working in partnership with
BROCKENHURST COLLEGE

All members and prospective members are invited to come along on
Saturday 13th March 2010
from 1pm onwards
and have a look around our new home.

While you're here why not go for a paddle!?
All the club and centre boats and equipment will be available, and you will of course be able to bring your own as usual.

It's an ideal opportinity to catch up with existing or meet new members before the start of the new season.

The club AGM will also take place at 4pm
to allow you to come along and hear whats happening in your club and have your say.

There will be refreshments available.
